Call Center Installation & Social Media Integration

1. The First Part, carrying on construction, brokerage and consultancy business comprising of land/ flats/ building sale/ purchase/ lease/ rent, and their development/ contract construction, supplying of HR including labour, business support ie. sales, marketing, advertising (print or electronic) and auxiliary services for residential/ commercial project of Group Housing/ Welfare Societies/ Companies/ Firms, is the only Facilitation Agency for Central Secretariat Services Officers Society (CSSOS)an all India welfare Society registered under Societies Registrations Act XXI of 1860 (Registration no S-E/784/Distt. South-East/2015) having exclusive rights for all of their current and future projects, Residential Group Housing, City Clubs and Schools.

The Second Part, being a consultant/ service provider hereby retains Consultant to provide the consulting services described below with respect to certain of Client’s cash, securities, and other property and assets from time to time designated by Client (the “Assets”) on the terms and conditions set forth below. Now it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows. 1. Services of Consultant Consultant agrees to provide Client with the investment consulting services, additional services and second part will promote and collect the memberships and then the pooling amount from the members through internet sales/ biddings generated by him/his company through following websites, domain of which has been taken by him only:- 1.GORES.XYZ 2.BOOKMYHOME.XYZ 3.PLUSULTRACLUB.XYZ 4.HOMESDEAL.XYZ 5.BROKERSINDIA.XYZ

1. The service provider can further outsource the work, if required, however it will solely be the responsibility of the Service provider to give directions or guidelines regarding the manner in which the services will be provided by the team of service provider and the team members appointed by the service provider will carry on the work accordingly.
2. It will be the duty or responsibility of the head of the team of service provider to execute his task in best possible manner.
3. The consideration money/ pooling of funds generated towards land cost/ construction and other costs through members of the society, which ties-up, shall be on the basis of per square feet as decided and informed to them from time to time as they are liable to increase depending upon the market rate.
4. Both parties shall maintain such registers and records containing such particulars as required by the law. Receipts/ acknowledgement of the taxes deducted and charged if any, (TDS) under the provisions of Income Tax Laws, by both the parts, shall be provided to each other to avail its benefits.
5. All applicable taxes at the rate as prescribed by law will be applicable.
6. Both parties shall comply with all laws and regulations governing the aforesaid transactions. The service provider agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the service receiver against any misconduct, misrepresentation, loss, charges and expenses suffered by it on account of breach of any laws or regulations.
7. If any difference of opinion arises between the service provider and the service receiver regarding this agreement and the implementation there of then Managing Directors of the both the companies shall be resolving such issues mutually and in case of dispute not resolving by themselves, through an Arbitrator appointed by the First Part.
8. In the event any provision(s) of this Agreement is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such a provision shall be considered separate and severable from the remaining provisions of this Agreement, and the validity, legality or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected or impaired by such provision(s) in any way.
9. In case of any dispute/non-fulfilment of services, the matter will be resolved through arbitrator decided by the First party at present, mutually agreed arbitrator will be Advocate Ms. Pushpa Gupta W/o Shri Ghanshyam Shaw Gupta ch.no. C-123/124 opposite Post office block TIS Hazari Court Delhi-110054 New Delhi-110054.
10. In The 2nd Party will provide a team of at least 15 member for sales support. Upfront cost for this will be paid by Aditia Reality Pvt Ltd, facilitation agency of CSSOS. Rs 12,000 for a 15 seater call centre and Rs 5,000 for Facebook Ads.
